Welcome to the Lily & Thistle Color Course!

Color theory and color mixing are some of my favorite subjects. There are SO many cool things to learn about color mixing, composition, and how colors affect each other and even us! After spending years learning and teaching the basics on color theory, I still feel like I've just started to scratch the surface of all of the possibilities available with color.

In this course my goal is to help you get enough understanding of color theory in the context of watercolor, that you'll feel confident in your own intuition to mix any color you'd like from a limited pallet. I also hope you'll walk away with an understanding of the principles of color relationships so that you can confidently make color choices and ultimately create artwork that you'll be proud of.
